Dear Mr. Robbins,
I am a teacher in RSU 25, and last fall Todd Walker came to talk to each of us about benefits. Due to some earlier, negative and frustrating interactions (the year before) with other individuals trying to sell us “plans” through the school, I was likely a less than friendly audience.  Mr. Walker was extremely professional, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He did not try to “upsell” me on plans I didn’t need.  He was able to answer my specific questions.  After our interaction, I asked him for his card and his supervisor’s name so that I could pass on that I was impressed with a job well done–then I promptly lost the card in the hustle and bustle of school.  I have just come upon it, and I am not sure that both of you will be presently in your same jobs, but I am sending this email on the off-chance that you are. I would like to belatedly note that Mr. Walker did a fine job and that I was quite impressed with his knowledge and with his ability to interact with a skeptical, harried teacher.
